If you are a current client of Title Solutions Group, you should have already been issued a password to use with your email address to gain access to this site.  If you do not have a password or your password does work, please contact your CRM or Supervisor. 

MyTSG has been specifically designed to help you be more productive in your job.  When you log in you will notice four links on the right hand side of the page that act as access doors to the basic tools provided to assist you with your work.

The first link is “New Client Order”.  When you receive an order from a client that has never sent you an order before, this is the page you access to record that transaction.  We track all your orders, resale and refi, and will occasionally remind you to revisit these people if they do not become regular customers of yours.

The second link is “NDC Input”.  Use this link to enter information on your current prospects.  As with your new orders, we also track your prospects for you and will issue post transaction customer satisfaction reports on each of these people.

The third link is “Online Training”.  Within this link are a series of training modules that have been specifically designed to act as marketing tools for you to use with your clients and prospects.  All the training modules are in Powerpoint format and are designed for easy presentations to individuals or groups.

The fourth link is “Articles”.  Every week, a new message appears dealing with a specific topic or philosophy.  These messages are designed to be inspirational, motivational, educational and maybe at times even thought provoking.  They are also designed to be shared with co-workers, clients, and friends and family.
